Carpenter Assistant – Residential Remodeling
We're looking for a motivated Carpenter's Assistant to work alongside our experienced crew leaders.
You'll develop skills in all aspects of residential remodeling while building a long-term career.
We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, thinks on their feet, and takes pride in getting things done right.
.What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic — dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Problem-solving skills — able to think ahead, use common sense, and figure things out
- Initiative — can see what needs to be done without needing to be told
- Attention to detail — takes pride in doing quality work
- 2+ years of carpentry, remodeling, or related trade experience
- Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Learn framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim, flooring, and tile
- Working alongside an experienced crew leader
- Take on more responsibility as your skills develop
